Radio assembly for satellite systems

Zamak 3 transducer and polarizer for radio assembly. The two halves of both the transducer and polarizer are assembled using the unique Injected Metal Assembly process, a type of Insert Molding. The I-beamed shaped channels were designed through and around the castings. The zinc alloy is injected in to the channels, shrinks as it solidifies and locks the two securely and accurately.
